Sarah
Sarah has been in the dental field for about 5 years now. She lives in Raleigh with her fiancé. Sarah is originally from Maryland but loves it down here! She loves everything about dentistry and can’t wait to help you with your dental needs! She loves making patients smile. In her free time, you can catch her at the beach, concerts, or out exploring!
Najiiyah
Najiiyah has been doing dental administration since 2018 and is new to the Cary area. She enjoys helping all patients get acquainted and set up for success to achieve their desired smiles and needs.
When Najiiyah is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her nephews. She also enjoys traveling and doing makeup for special projects or events. She is a foodie and loves to eat and try new restaurants both locally and out of town!

Deedy
Deedy was born and raised in Ohio and worked as a dental assistant after graduating high school. After moving to North Carolina, she met her husband, John, and they moved to Cary where they raised their 3 boys. Deedy has been a dental hygienist since 2007 and loves educating her patients about how to maintain a healthy smile!
In her free time, Deedy enjoys pilates, being outside in nature, and hanging out with her husband and kids.
Elizabeth
Elizabeth is originally from Benson, NC but raised in Raleigh, NC. Her passion is all things dental but, especially, enjoys cosmetic work, IV sedation and surgery. She moved to Youngsville, NC in April 2021 and absolutely loves it! She is a dog mom of two goofy kidos; Dixie and tank. In her spare time, she enjoys quilting with her grandmother. They work together sewing quilts for organizations such as Quilts for Kids, Quilts for Valors and other organizations to donate quilts to people who are in hospitals for various reasons. She is proud to say that their guilt produces the largest amount of quilts in the country. She welcomes you to the dental family. She can’t wait to meet you and looks forward to getting some time to learn more about you.
Alison
Alison has been a part of the Better Dental family since 2018. Prior to Better Dental, she worked in oral surgery for almost 20 years. Alison has two boys and her youngest is in high school. Alison is passionate about her kids, people, animals, and exploring the beauty around her with her partner. She looks forward to serving our patients and making sure everyone has a pleasant experience.
Cleshia
Cleshia is a North Carolina native and has been a dental assistant since 2014. She enjoys being an instructor at Sunrise School of Dental Assisting and helping students get a start at achieving their career goals in the dental field. In her off time, she loves spending time with her family and two beautiful grandchildren. She’s also a health and fitness coach along with dancing, spreading love and positivity, making others laugh brings joy to her world.
Evan
Evan is originally from Valdosta, GA but has resided in North Carolina since 2005. After his time in the Air Force, he started his career in dentistry and has been in various dental roles since January 2015. Evan’s favorite procedures consist of anything in the oral surgery field and implants.
Evan has a 3-year-old daughter he has the pleasure of watching grow into her own personality. In his spare time, he enjoys playing lead guitar in his country band, and hanging with his fiancé and their 4 horses, dog, and cat.
Sura
Sura is from Babylon, Iraq and has a college degree in fine arts. Sura moved to North Carolina with her husband who is in the Army. Sura is a mom of two boys and loves spending time with them. Sura became a dental assistant in 2022. She loves everything about dentistry, especially seeing our patients happy!
Victoria
Vitoria has been in the dental field for about 4 years now. On the weekends, she is a dental assistant for the Air Force National Guard in Charlotte. Originally, Tori is from Brazil, and has lived in the US for 7 years! She can’t wait to make your experience unique by helping you with all your dental concerns and needs!
